Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us of any cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, please notify us at least 3 hour prior.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointment are booked with precise amount of time for each service requested. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we might have to reschedule you in order for us to accommodate other guest.

Cold/Flu

To protect the health of our staff and guests, we ask that you stay home if you have a cold/flu/fever.
